Accessibility statement & VPAT

What conforms, stated plainly

DeskCalc is partially conformant with EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA. Below is the current status by criterion, self-assessed and screen-reader tested, with the one open item named.

Conformance status

Levels follow the VPAT convention: Supports · Partially Supports · Does Not Support. DeskCalc additionally offers built-in text-to-speech (results, keystrokes, tape lines) — a real benefit, but not a substitute for third-party screen-reader support under 4.1.2.

US Section 508 buyers: this summary maps to the VPAT 2.x template and can be provided in that form on request. For EU/DE procurement it serves as the „Erklärung zur Barrierefreiheit“. A certified seal (accredited BITV-Test) follows once the tape’s UIA exposure is complete.
