Hide Office 2007 Ribbons and use version 4 style menus

It's not that hard anyway. First hide the ribbons, do that by right mouse button clicking on the ribbon. Then select "Minimize the Ribbon".

Once you've done that, add the functions you need to the "Quick Access Toolbar".
